Android + web PWA only in Phase 1. The Indian Gen-Z user lives on an everyday Android phone with intermittent data. So Sangham ships with a low-data mode, image auto-compression, EXIF stripping, and a reverse-chrono feed that doesn't fight you for engagement. iOS, DMs, video — Phase 2.

Tier 3 · Human review + 4-hour takedown SLA
Anything flagged as borderline or appealed goes to human review. Hard takedowns happen within 4 hours of report. Three strikes and you're out — no shadow-bans, no algorithmic suppression, just clear rules and clear consequences.
